S. Gracie Studdard

Biography

S. Gracie Studdard is a former career federal judicial law clerk and associate at King & Spalding LLP who has researched and drafted judicial opinions resolving dispositive motions, expert witness challenges, discovery disputes, motions to compel arbitration, motions for preliminary injunctions, motions in limine, post-trial motions, and motions for attorneys’ fees and sanctions.

Gracie has experience in the areas of complex commercial disputes, elder and dependent adult abuse and neglect, personal injury, employment, intellectual property, and civil rights litigation.

Gracie graduated from Georgia State University College of Law and the University of Georgia Honors Program. She is admitted to practice in Georgia.
